SRS Designs Air Rotary Union For Surface Supplied Diving System
SRS’s latest project involves a specialized rotary union designed for an underwater breathing apparatus system.
Located on the surface, the rotary union provides reliable air service to submerged breathing hoses.
SRS engineers designed a custom 3-part housing which allows for independent rotation to supply air simultaneously to three scuba divers in different directions.
The rotary union is currently in service at Discovery Cove, an underwater adventure park in Orlando, FL.
